Live at ICC 2026: How Ignition 8.3 Transformed PDA’s Development Process

Eric Williams from Process and Data Automation was fired up about what his team has been able to accomplish with Ignition 8.3 this past year, and you could hear it in our conversation live at Inductive Automation‘s ICC 2026.

His team had already built their own CI/CD pipeline in Ignition 8.1, but getting there took considerable workarounds.
With 8.3, Eric says the DevOps changes have helped them build repositories and a development environment that better supports the way they want to work. For those less familiar with CI/CD, it’s about bringing more automation and consistency to how software gets built, tested, and delivered.
