Shop Floor Guidance is digital operator support built into your line. It detects anomalies and machine status changes early, then delivers clear instructions to the right person before a small issue becomes downtime.
What it does:
- Automatically bundles and prioritizes tasks, then notifies the responsible operator by push notification or email
- Flags material and consumption issues (labels, glue, film, lubrication) before they stop the line
- Structures a plant into production units, each with its own event timeline
- Lets operators log findings, photos, and files the way they would on a social platform, building a shared record of shop floor activity
- Supports independent alarm creation, with monitoring rules covering up to 72 conditions
- Visualizes machine data across a line in real time and historically, with zoom and export options

ReadyKit
ReadyKit provides consistently harmonized IT interfacing across process areas, purpose-built for brownfield environments. It brings older machines, or ones with limited or no communication interface, into the central data acquisition system and can compute key ratios or fill data gaps using algorithms built on measured and acquired values.
ReadyKit pulls raw data from multiple sources: directly from a machine’s control system, or from sensors such as vibration meters and photo-cells, combined for a more complete dataset. Because it needs no elaborate retrofit work, clients can benefit quickly and affordably, optimizing processes and cutting costs.

Ingeniq: The Beverage Line of the Future
Ingeniq is Krones’ modular, next-generation line concept built around robotics and AI, aimed at low total operating cost with consistently high efficiency. It launches with still water in PET containers, with other container types and products to follow.
Highlights:
